Shipping Terms

Delivery Area
Digital products are delivered worldwide via email.
Physical products are shipped only to countries within the European Union (EU), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.

Shipping Methods
Digital Products: Delivery is made exclusively by email, providing either a download link or a portal login link.
Physical Products: Physical goods are shipped exclusively by Hassenpflug Rechtsanwalts GmbH.

Shipping Costs
No shipping costs apply to digital products.
For physical products, shipping costs may apply depending on the destination country and the product. These costs will be displayed separately during the checkout process.

Delivery Times
Digital Products: Within 24 hours after payment has been received, a personalized download link will be sent by email or the product will be made available in our portal.
Physical Products: Shipping takes place within 3–5 business days after dispatch confirmation. The exact delivery time depends on the destination country.

Delivery of Digital Products
Digital content is delivered by sending a personalized download link to the email address provided during the order process or by activating the product in our online portal. The link is valid for 7 days from the date of dispatch and can be used multiple times.

Returns / Right of Withdrawal
Our offer is directed exclusively to entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Therefore, no statutory right of withdrawal applies. A contractual right of withdrawal is not granted.
