Support Terms & Conditions & Scope of Services
The support refers exclusively to the use of lexoffice by our clients. It serves for technical/organizational support and quality assurance.
- No tax or legal advice: Professional advice according to StBerG/Legal Advice Act is not included - can be commissioned separately upon request.
- Scope: Setup, operation, workflows, interfaces to payment/shop/time recording systems, as well as plausibility and completeness checks.
- Response times (SLA, weekdays): Basic ≤ 48h · Plus ≤ 36h · Premium ≤ 24h. Applies to inquiries via the designated support channels.
- Fair Use: Flat rate with fair usage. In case of permanently excessive ticket volume or special projects, we will agree on an upgrade or additional packages.
- Client requirements: Active lexoffice access, bank/payment connected (if relevant), designation of a contact person, compliance with our instructions.
- Data & Data Protection: Processing in accordance with data protection guidelines and – if necessary – a contract for processing on behalf of the client (AVV) .
- Document upload: The client provides the documents on time; we check for completeness/plausibility, not for factual accuracy in the tax sense.
- Exclusions: Custom programming, complex migration projects, custom API development, third-party SLA. Available as an additional service upon request.
- Termination & Term: Terminable annually at the end of the term.
- Emergencies: Premium includes prioritized emergency support (response time see package). System malfunctions at the manufacturer are beyond our control.
- Billing: Monthly flat fee per client/company; changes to the scope of use (e.g. new systems) may require a package adjustment.
